You're not very bright are you? As a recent transplant to Canada from the US, it is bad here and getting worse. The problem is that the US is the largest importer of Canadian products. It supplies about 1/3 of all the oil the US consumes and lets not forget lumber and electricity. The economy isn't as bad yet, but the Bush admin made damn sure everyone around it would suffer. The US has got Canada by the economic balls. Out of good will Canada made some bad trading agreements with the US and is suffering for them now. Pull your head out, the world is in serious shit because of the US and it's policies of the last 8 years. Let's hope Obama can pull it out.
